1st: write the text u like.
2nd: write it again but start with the last letter and end with the first.
3rd: turn the "false" text by 180 degrees and make it a bit transparent.
dunno if pros do it like that, but this was my way. :p

Yep I used it like that,
And instead of turning the text,
use Ctrl+T on the text and right click on it
select "flip vertical" ^^ make it a bit transparent, and you're ready ^^
