i'd like to have a sig with this render:

there should be a background which looks a bit like when his cursed seal 1
form comes out and there should be a bit bigger sharingan anywhere on the picture which isnt too visible. and i would like to have a a good looking fond with a mirror image, "Flash.Minato".
and also these nice looking strifes which rush trough ur pictures, i luv them :)

Lol minato that was for Kage, Not for you XD
And all you have to do is make a new document 3px x 3px and then fill in the middle pixels with the pencil tool. then edit-->define pattern,
then in your current pic, make a new layer, use the bucket tool and instead of foreground(up) you select pattern, and then select your own new pattern.
and click anywhere in the pic. change the opacity to make it blend in
